Lead all on-site activities of a project to assure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements during the start-up, construction and/or erection, commissioning, maintenance phases. Sell solutions and service to customer with high volume at high profitability with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out prospects.
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site support for maintenance of equipment and routine maintenance independently, identifies technical problems and make analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories. Consult with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines. Create and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs and provide specialist support and solutions. Prepare and ensure all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities and troubleshoot equipment failure and make recommendations to avoid repeat the problem in the future. Provide recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service, coordinate and execute specialist projects through planning, meeting milestones and regular reviews. Identify opportunities for the development of new service applications, equipment and methods, ability to travel to within domestic Singapore is a must, as the role will require hands-on support at customer sites. Your background:
Vocational/ITE/Diploma training in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. 5 years in Service Experience Power sectors. Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing of insert specific product and industry/sector. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Good understanding of the Transmission regulations and current H&S legislation. Able to work in team and good interpersonal skills. Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
