• You will join the Service Excellence team where we transform and develop our organisation to meet our customer needs and growth ambition.
• You will be expose to transversal business topics across services, responsible to analyze business performance, and drive simplification actions through automation & digital tools.

What will you do?

• Managing digital tools and analyze business performance data. Support to facilitate the preparation of sales cadence, business review, etc.

• Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape and identify potential growth areas

• Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional processes mapping

• Assist to manage partner agreement and annual sales & marketing activities

• Drive 1-2 simplification project through automation/process improvements

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Business Administration / Marketing / Data Analytics / Computer Engineering/IT related or similar
• Skills/Systems Knowledge: Data Analytics/Strong digital skills/Business Acumen
