- Lead a team of Service Consultants to increase productivity and operational efficiency
- Ensure smooth frontline operations to improve customer satisfaction and experience
- Implement processes and work improvement initiatives to ensure excellent customer service delivery
- Assist in handling daily workshop operations
- Minimum Diploma with 4 years of customer service experience
- Exemplary customer service attitude
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Possess valid class 3 licence
