Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Service Improvement & Process Optimization Specialist:Job Responsibilities
Apply continuous learning to improve dealer operations effectively.
Use critical thinking and analytical skills to identify problems, supported by key performance indicators (KPIs).
Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with stakeholders and distributors across Asia.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields.
Training is provided.
Eager to learn quickly and receptive to feedback for self-improvement.
Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficient in handling numerical data for analysis and generating reports.
Willingness to travel, work on-site at dealerships and workshops, and commit to extended hours when needed.
Additional Information:
Salary: Up to SGD 4,200 +AWS +VB (3 - 5 Months)
Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)
