The SLS should preferably have experience of selling in at least two or more Core Capability Areas: Digital Marketing / Digital Commerce (B2B / B2C) / CRM / Portals & Mobile / Experience Design The S The SLS should preferably have experience of selling in at least two or more Core Capability Areas: Digital Marketing / Digital Commerce (B2B / B2C) / CRM / Portals & Mobile / Experience Design The SLS should preferably have experience of selling in at least two or more Core Capability Areas: MDM / Data Migration/ Data Governance / Data Quality/ Data Driven Insights / Data Visualization / Data Science & Engineering / AI/ ML / Big data / Data modernization / Operation Intelligence The SLS should preferably have experience of selling in at least two or more Technology Platforms: Databricks / Snowflake / Domino / Confluent / Power BI / Tableau / Data on Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) / Tealium The SLS should preferably have experience of selling in at least two or more Technology Platforms: Salesforce / Adobe / Mulesoft / Microsoft / Magento / SAP Hybris / Shopify / Sitecore / Liferay The SLS should preferably have experience of selling / solution in one or more Industry Groups: RCM / HTM / TTH / BFSI. The SLS should have experience of selling for Projects, Programs & AMS Opportunities - both proactive and reactive (RFI / RFP / Advisory led Leads). Network and prospect new business for Mindtree, leading to successful negotiation and acquisition of new accounts Achieve and exceed sales goals and activities Network and develop new business development opportunities Partner with Sales teams (CP's & BDM's)) to grow accounts and deals with CS services Partner with the CoE teams in conceptualizing the solution & estimates Align and manage the relationship with AE's & RVP's of the Product Partners (Salesforce, Adobe) Develop and execute the Sales strategy and plan to grow the CS portfolio Report and communicate to Service Line and IG leadership on opportunities and challenges Manage a book of business by tracking progress on account revenue growth, margin and CSAT scores and manage customer relationships with key accounts. Internal evangelization of CS Services across Mindtree service lines and Industry teams External evangelization at industry and CS Services events and conferences 12+ years within Sales, business and technology consulting services (with majority of experience and focus on CS Sales, Consulting, advisory and technology services) Knowledge & Experience of at least 2 or more Technology Platforms: Salesforce / Adobe / Mulesoft / Microsoft / Magento / SAP Hybris / Shopify / Sitecore / Liferay Nice to have - Enterprise Knowledge and experience with other technology platforms - in and around CRM and CX Have personally carried booking / revenue targets Sales strategy & execution for CS and Data services organization Strong relationship building experience at senior level executives with business and technology leaders Understand the challenges and opportunities within the Industry and experience of addressing these issues with CS and Data solutions Strong exposure to the business and technology concepts of the Digital ecosystem such as Customer Relationship Management, Customer 360, Connected Commerce, Intelligent Customer Service, Self-service, Omni-channel Experience, Predictive analytics, Grow the Subscriber Relations (media) and etc. Good knowledge of vertical market and key drivers
