When you join us as a Service Manager, you will be professionally trained to build your knowledge in business banking products and services.
You will play an active role in providing after-sales service to Global Commercial and Global Corporate Banking clients
You will provide end-to-end service to our customers. These include business account enquires and transaction fulfilment (loans, time deposits and remittances).
You will have the opportunity to involve in collaborative efforts with other internal stakeholders to provide service solutions to customers
Qualifications
You should preferably have a degree or diploma
Experience in Banking or Customer Service environment will be an added advantage
A strong service mindset, with the ability to take ownership, in providing excellent service to customers
Meticulous, organised and can work independently
Candidates, who are proficient in conversing in English and Mandarin, will have an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
