Each day, you will lead the Service organization and be responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of Service resources. You will also showcase your expertise by running the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #Hybrid This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation in Singapore. You will be mainly accountable for: \xe2\x80\xa2 Creating and driving implementation of service strategy as a member of the management team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through collaboration with other businesses. \xe2\x80\xa2 Driving, implementing, reporting, and monitoring of performance targets as part of the respective unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.). \xe2\x80\xa2 Investing in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction.
