Job Description

• At least 3-5 years of Related experience in it, with technical or mechanical knowledge
• Only Singaporean, PR , EP only Malaysian
• Basic Salary range from $4,500 - $5,000 (exclusive of Annual Target sales incentive \xe2\x80\x93 1 to 4 months)
• Lead a team of 10+ technician team.
• Office Season Parking is Provided, car allowance and petrol card will be provided.
• Transport or vehicle is not necessary, will reimburse if required.
• Normal Working hours \xe2\x80\x93 8.30am to 5.30pm

• Manage the Service Department and responsible for the growth of the business.
• Take service requests, schedule resources, maintain appropriate staffing levels and oversee inventory.
• Develop and manage the customer base.
• Handle the collection of debts from customers.
• Assist the General Manager grow the Preventative Maintenance Business.
• Provide quotations for the supply and installation of products as requested by customers.
• Assist in the overall Occupational Health and Safety of employees and contractors.
• Responsible for the overall quality standards for the service work carried out.
• Resolve any disputes in relation to customers, suppliers, or other parties.
• Create invoices for serviced products to be sent out before the end of the month.
• Inform the Directors about any product liability, accidents, and disputes.

• Possess excellent knowledge of company products to service customer requirements.
• Have at least 3- 5 years of related experience, with technical or mechanical knowledge.
