The Opportunity
Focus: Inventory Management, Spart Parts Service, Order Management and Forecasting
Office location: Singapore, West
5 -days work (Monday -Friday) Office Hours
The Talent
Min Diploma preferably in Supply chain management
2 - 3 years of relevant experience - Inventory Management
Proficient in Excel and strong Analytical Skills
Knowledge in SAP or ERP or Oracle software
The Job
The Service Parts Planner is responsible for monitoring parts activity and maintaining the appropriate inventory levels to achieve a high level of order fulfillment without creating unnecessary surplus
Exhibit discretion and judgement when maintaining inventory levels for Service parts
Perform Analysis on Parts Back Order analysis and be resourceful to search for alternate sources for parts if required
Provide support and liaise with service partner to ensure Service Partners are able to procure parts for repair
Manage RMA returns for defective parts.
Adjust and maintain Sold-to Pricing of Parts in system according to internal cost fluctuation.
Handles return from Service Partners for Non-Moving Parts as per guidelines
Any other ad hoc duties required by the manager
