Your role?

Your role will be to manage all activity of a Services Project according to the contract through the delivery of all work packages according to QCD commitments.

Your key responsibilities?

  • Ensure that QCD Commitments are met
  • Take overall responsibility for Project Management Processes
  • Drive and make decisions for issues that affect performance at the Project level
Drive and make decisions to ensure successful project execution.

Manage at the Project level all Project Reviews and Gate Reviews, including organization and reporting

Primary contact with clients and Customer Directors for project issues

Identify, resolve and manage impact of all variation orders and internal changes.

Identify and minimize all risks and maximize savings.

Manage the project team.

Minimum qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years\' experience with external stakeholder management
  • Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent qualification
  • Technical upper education (including maintenance of rolling stock)
  • General knowledge on project management (PMP or IPMA certification required)
  • Fluent in English (French or Chinese an asset)
Ideally:
  • Knowledge of the railway industry
  • You have operational effectiveness/accountability
  • You are good at collaboration/teamwork
