Key accountabilities:

• Develop, train and upgrade the skills and working knowledge of the sales engineers in the service sales management and contracts administration processes with good understanding of the application of various contract terms and conditions.
• Directly involved in the maintenance agreement reviews and renewals and ensure timely submission and close following up of sales tenders/quotations, conversion and recapturing processes.
• Regular visitations to build up and maintain good customer working relationship and conduct the necessary customers\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction survey to assess the acceptance level of services rendered by the Company for review and further improvement programs.
• Liaise with the Service Operation Division for timely execution and billing of \xe2\x80\x98major repair works to achieve the monthly sales and margin target.
• Promote safety awareness of the subordinate staffs and subcontract workers with regular conduct of safety inspections and audits (both announced and unannounced) at the various job sites and undertake to submit the monthly Safety Activity Report to the Management.
• Provide sustained leadership participation and support to achieve Otis\xe2\x80\x99 vision of being the global leader in service by ensuring proper implementation of successful execution across all levels of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s operation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferably with a technical/engineering degree from a recognized tertiary institution or equivalent years of experience.
• At least 8 years of working experience in similar capacity,
• Sound knowledge and experience of the elevators and construction related business.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Possess strong leadership skills and able to interact effectively at all levels.
