Job Description

1. Control and safe-keep branch's operating funds, accountable forms, collaterals and loan documents.
2. Forecast daily cash requirements.
3. Request funds to be used for loan releases and withdrawals from Treasury Department
4. Supervise, coordinate and review all aspects of cash operations, tellering and window services of the branch including lending operations to ensure fast, efficient and courteous services at all times.
5. Approve, sign and counter sign documents in accordance with established policies.
6. Ensure that the branch project an image of efficient and customer service-oriented bank worthy of client's patronage through:
a.) Availability of well-trained fully supported and properly motivated personnel.
b.) Well organized premises, furniture and equipment and immaculately clean service areas and restrooms.
c. Accurate, responsive and timely service.
7. Monitor the service quality level of the branch in relation to client's expectations and internal service standards and eliminate all hindering factors that get in the way of efficient service delivery.
8. Monitor and ensure that client's problems/complains are immediately addressed and resolved to the client's satisfaction.
9. Anticipate and provides action plan on potential problem situations and continuously explores opportunities to improve the same.
10. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and submit on time to requesting departments.
11. Cross-sell the bank's products and services to clients transacting with the branch.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
