Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team and ensure exceptional customer service standards. The supervisor will manage daily service operations and mentor service staff.


Key Responsibilities



Team Leadership:



Supervise and coordinate service crew activities during shifts Train new service staff on procedures, menu knowledge, and customer service standards Schedule staff shifts and manage break rotations Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members Resolve staff conflicts and maintain positive team dynamics

Customer Service Excellence:



Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service across all touchpoints Handle complex customer complaints and escalated issues Monitor service quality and implement improvements Maintain professional appearance and behavior standards Greet customers and manage special requests

Operations Management:



Oversee daily opening and closing procedures Monitor dining room setup and maintenance standards Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service flow Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and wait times Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Administrative Duties:



Maintain service standards documentation and checklists Monitor inventory of service supplies and equipment Assist with billing and POS system management Prepare shift reports and communicate with management as required Participate in service improvement initiatives * Provide videos and photos of outlets for increasing outlet reach
