Service Specialist for restaurant at Sentosa!!

Responsibilities

Uphold the company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all daily operations. Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming dining experience. Be familiar with menu items, promotions, seasonal offerings, and membership programmes. Set up tables and prepare the dining area for daily service. Take food and beverage orders using the POS system. Serve dishes and beverages promptly and accurately. Prepare and replenish condiments as needed. Portion food according to established standards. Oversee multiple service stations and highlight areas for improvement to the Manager. Conduct daily checks to ensure equipment is functioning properly. Handle customer needs professionally, resolving service issues with tact and diplomacy. Organise and support events based on customer requests. Assist in planning shift rosters, managing time-off, and updating attendance records. Ensure adequate staffing during shifts and promptly alert the Restaurant Manager of manpower shortages. Participate in hiring by identifying and selecting candidates for junior positions. Support overall restaurant administrative duties. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements

Proven supervisory experience in the hospitality or F&B industry. Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable standing for long periods. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organisational abilities. Effective communication skills. Outstanding customer service skills.
