DESIGNATION : Service Supervisor- T4

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Is highly reliable and responsible for day to day operations
• Monitor staff performance and uphold disciplinary standards within the team
• Conduct on-the-job training for new joiners
• Participate and provide input for staff performance appraisals
• Provide support in team planning- scheduling and rostering
• Possess strong product knowledge and model excellent customer service
• Put in the continuous effort to motivate the team to deliver great service to customers and increase the revenue
• Prepares periodic stocktake such as month-end stocktake
• Appointed key holder role during store opening and closing and the duty supervisor on shift
• Manage and maintain the housekeeping for working station & area/ stall/ storeroom
• Other administrative duties when assigned
• Is able to identify the types of goods to be stored under the proper condition and practise Fist-in-First-Out storage
• Able to identify work safety lapses and address it to the (relevant department,staff)
• Understands the importance of stock checking and making good judgment in placing orders at the right time
• Able to resolve work conflict issues efficiently and maintain neutralized stands
• Capability to delegate staff their roles & tasks including housekeeping at respective counters
