Service Support Administrator / Project Assistant

Job Description


Support project teams in various project phases of projects from planning to delivery. This could entail helping with documentation, minutes, task tracking, etc. Support the project teams in project related events/meetings, including security clearance and/or project/site clearance for staff and contractors. Plan, implement, execute and oversee all aspects of an event. Process purchase orders and perform acceptance, in a timely and accurate manner. Co-ordinate and work closely with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries of goods and information to internal stakeholders. Support on related reporting and administrative duties, interface with vendor regarding products and services needed. Meet project deadlines as assigned. Coordinate and execute meeting logistics and event. Support new business processes by conducting research as well as drafting credentials and proposals. Participate actively in internal and client meetings, offering knowledgeable observations and suggestions; maintains self-awareness and professionalism to ensure contributions are appropriate. Maintain self-driven passion and actively develop knowledge of client issues and related industry trends, establish relationships with key opinion leaders, participate in industry networking events and inform team leaders of potential new business opportunities. Other responsibilities as assigned by superiors. Working hours 8.30am~5.30pm; Alternate Saturday work 08.30am_12.30pm Working location : Pioneer and Tuas
