Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving food and beverages according to prescribed recipes and methods, in line with quality product/service and food safety standards.
• Handling and managing POS system (opening and closing).
• Plan front staff schedule, manage a team of service staff and train new hires.
• Upkeep cleanliness of retail and food/beverage preparation area and ensure daily housekeeping.
• Manage adequate training and positive work environment among staff, and help ensure quality service delivery.
• Manage the store phone, take orders, respond to queries and receive feedback in a positive and professional manner.
• Assist the manager in overseeing smooth daily retail operations and provide for a positive experience for all guests.
• Manage the ordering and ensuring sufficient inventory levels for retail needs.
• Assist with arranging the the staffing and logistics for events.
• Assist the manager with periodic reviews of store sales and footfall, and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
• Work closely with the different team managers/kitchen heads with any other relevant tasks when needed.

• At least 1-3 years relevant F&B/customer service experience
• Barista trained preferred
• A positive team player with great passion for food, service and people
• Work 5 days/week between Monday to Saturday
• Work on occasional Sundays when we have events
• Possess basic computer literacy and sufficient Microsoft office (esp. Excel) skills
• Possess basic social media skills
