Service Team Leader, Inpatient Operations

Job Description


Senior / Service Team Leader will manage and oversee ward operations and service implementation to patients and caregivers. The incumbent shall be responsible to:

  • Manage in roster planning and tracking of attendance.
  • Managing P-files, confirmation appraisal, leave approval and handling of resignees.
  • Perform staff on-boarding orientation and induction training.
  • Conduct competency and confirmation assessments.
  • Initiate / Participate in continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits on service, productivity, accuracy and safety to ensure compliance to organization\'s guidelines and regulations.
  • Handling of feedback
  • Perform charge reconciliation.
  • Perform force booking for outpatient appointments.
  • To perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Contribute to achieve individual and team KPIs.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in hospitality or front-line customer service role is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English and a Second Language
  • Able to work weekends, public holidays.
  • Comfortable to work 2 rotating shifts (morning & afternoon)
