Job Description
:
Architect and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions tailored to financial industry requirements. Lead platform design for ITAM, ITOM, and Certificate Management modules. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data governance, and cybersecurity policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver integrated solutions. Oversee integration with CMDB, identity management, and other enterprise systems. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators. Define and enforce best practices for ServiceNow development, deployment, and maintenance. Stay updated on ServiceNow platform upgrade, enhancements and financial technology trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development. Proven experience in financial services or banking environments. Expertise in ITAM, ITOM, and Certificate Lifecycle Management. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS, CAD) strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and integration APIs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
