We are looking for a

highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect

financial services industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of

ServiceNow solutions

, with a strong focus on

IT Asset Management (ITAM)

,

IT Operations Management (ITOM)

, and

Certificate Lifecycle Management

.


This role requires deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow, excellent solution architecture skills, and a thorough understanding of the regulatory and security requirements specific to financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture and design of complex ServiceNow implementations and integrations. Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Design and implement modules including:

IT Asset Management (ITAM)

IT Operations Management (ITOM)

Certificate Lifecycle Management

Ensure alignment with industry best practices and enterprise architectural standards. Drive governance, compliance, and security considerations specific to the

financial services domain

. Collaborate with internal and external teams including business analysts, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions. Provide architectural guidance throughout the full lifecycle of ServiceNow projects. Conduct system and performance optimizations to ensure a stable and efficient ServiceNow environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

10-14 years of overall IT experience with at least

5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect

. Proven experience working within the

financial services industry

. Expertise in

ServiceNow platform architecture

, including custom applications and out-of-the-box modules. Strong hands-on experience in:

IT Asset Management (ITAM)

IT Operations Management (ITOM)

- including Discovery, Event Management, and CMDB.

Certificate Lifecycle Management

Deep understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and third-party system connectivity. Strong knowledge of

security best practices

and

regulatory compliance

in the financial sector. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. * ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
