Role Description

• Develop, install and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications.
• Learn about latest development in one or more aspects of computer programming, training, documentation and support.
• Ensure the software behaves as designed by testing it for bugs and performance during all stages of the development process.
• Troubleshoot bugs, fix defects and support users of applications developed by the enterprise application development team.
• Perform code reviews to ensure that the quality bar is being met with regard to coding standards, integration, extensibility and security.

• Deliver high added-value consulting services to our customers.
• Exceed the service quality expectations of our customers.
• Make a constant effort to reach project targets and business goals of our customers.
• Provide our customers and/or supervisor with accurate and clear activity reports.
• Ensure to document your technical and functional assignments.
• Achieve our customers overall satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participate in the development of the expertise material and knowledge based of the Company.
• Attend the trainings offered to you to enhance your areas and levels of expertise.

• Extensive JavaScript knowledge
• Extensive ServiceNow configuration knowledge
• Database knowledge (MySQL/Oracle/MariaDB)
• Web Service experience (REST/SOAP)
• Workflow Automation
• HTML, CSS, AngularJS
• Familiar with Agile/SCRUM methodology

• 1-3 years of Professional Experience
• Fresh graduates are welcomed

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science/Engineering)
• Preferred ServiceNow Certified
  Certified Service Now System Administrator
  Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM/ITBM/SAM/ITOM
• Preferred ITIL V3 Certified

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese/Mandarin/French (optional), with the ability to adapt messaging to varying stakeholder levels
• Highly motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a self-managed environment
• Demonstrates strong coding style and practices
