Key Responsibilities
Project Management
1. Manage ServiceNow projects from initiation to deployment,
ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
2. Develop project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk
management strategies.
3. Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and end-users to
ensure successful project outcomes.
Business Analysis
1. Gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow
implementations.
2. Design and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet business
needs.
3. Develop business cases, process maps, and requirements
documents.
ServiceNow Expertise
1. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, ITSM, and ITOM
modules.
2. Experience with ServiceNow implementation methodologies
(e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
3. Ability to configure and customize ServiceNow solutions.
Stakeholder Management
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs
and priorities.
2. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
3. Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and manage expectations.
