Salary: $3200-$3400

Job Purpose:
This role is responsible to prepare settlements. Ensure payments are in line with the business contracts and are processed in a timely manner.
Job scope:
- Check and compile documents for Accounts Settlement and issue payment requests.
- Issue accounting notes and prepare Statement of Accounts.
- Check sales and purchase contracts.
- Ensure completeness of deal entry and match against signed contracts for physical trade.
- Perform validation of the trades done against trade incoterms.
- Acknowledge incoming payments from clients swiftly.
- Handle office enquiries on all incoming monies matters.
- Liaise with counterparties to verify payments.
- Liaise with overseas companies to reconcile the accounts.
- Maintain proper filing and accurate documents/records.
- Any other tasks, duties or projects as assigned by the direct manager.
- Diploma in Accountancy or Business Administration.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting for a commodity trading house.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O is an added advantage.
