Introduction: The Account Manager will be responsible to work with clients on a daily basis. You will help assess projects regarding their suitability as an online study, before providing a full pricing proposal. In meeting their objectives, the Account Manager will, develop proposals, manage clients and to ensure all sales administrative is done in an orderly & timely manner (including invoicing): Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Support new & existing businesses; \xc2\xb7 Providing sales support to outbound sales people; \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with internal teams to collate information for Sales\xe2\x80\x99 bidding / proposal \xc2\xb7 Support the development and maintenance of client relationships across sales territories; \xc2\xb7 Provide smooth transitions to Client Services on projects sold; \xc2\xb7 Educating potential clients about online Marketing Research and Toluna; \xc2\xb7 Keeping a pulse of the progress of projects and follow up with clients in an effort to develop ongoing relationships \xc2\xb7 Ensure all business administrative tasks are completed, including bids entry, project closing, cost confirmation, invoicing, commercial reports internally Required skill set: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree/Diploma \xc2\xb7 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Market Research industry & account Management related experience; \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated strong analytical/problem solving, organization skills; savvy with numbers \xc2\xb7 Excellent customer service skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task \xc2\xb7 Exhibits resourcefulness, flexibility, creativity, versatility; \xc2\xb7 Accuracy and attention to detail; \xc2\xb7 Effective communications skills - oral, written and presentation; \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to work independently and multitask various projects; \xc2\xb7 Effective time management; \xc2\xb7 Self \xe2\x80\x93 learner; quick-to learn Our Values: I_ntegrity and respect.
