Introduction: To complete our team in SouthEast Asia, we are looking for a Project Manager to support our sales team by managing multiple online assignments for marketing research and consulting clients by establishing a relationship with them and becoming an expert in understanding their research needs. This role requires solid Project Management experience to work within our SEA Client Services Team. The suitable candidate should be highly interested in project management as well as client servicing with a full hands-on approach. Responsibilities: Support Corporate, end Clients and Internal project management teams Project Management \xc2\xb7 Take full responsibility and accountability of the Market Research Project assigned. \xc2\xb7 Review and define clear project specifications and client needs on each project \xc2\xb7 Provide guidance on research design, questionnaire structure and sample design to clients. \xc2\xb7 End-to-end project management, identify potential roadblocks to ensure project delivery on time and on budget. \xc2\xb7 Coordination of all tasks for specific projects/clients involving the survey set-up working closely with programming, sampling, data processing, translations, coding etc. \xc2\xb7 Advising on in-field data verification checks and general quality checks \xc2\xb7 Supporting team and clients in developing tab specs and project planning \xc2\xb7 Advising/Supporting data deliverables QA checks \xc2\xb7 In troubleshooting \xe2\x80\x93 Running frequencies or other data reports in SPSS \xc2\xb7 Effectively communicate with sales teams and all operation teams to ensure customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs are understood and met. \xc2\xb7 Work closely with all Operations teams and keep control of the project status by coordinating all parts involved at all times \xc2\xb7 Work closely with all departments to achieve best solutions and service for Toluna\xe2\x80\x99s client. Required skill set: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, or equivalent related experience \xc2\xb7 2+ years market research experience spanning both across research and project management (On-line Research experience) \xc2\xb7 Experience across a variety of methodologies including ad-hoc and tracker projects \xc2\xb7 Client management experience \xc2\xb7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, client service oriented \xc2\xb7 Highly motivated, able to work within tight deadlines and under pressure \xc2\xb7 A problem solver who has good time management with great attention to detail. \xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of Excel and SPSS, as well as other software and data formats.
