\xe2\x97\x8f We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Representative for our B2B SaaS Product, \xe2\x80\x9cDrawer\xe2\x80\x9d, to lead and build up our field sales team.
\xe2\x97\x8f The members in the position will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process. They will collaborate with various professionals, so they must have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment.
\xe2\x97\x8f They should also be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ultimately, the Field Sales Representative should be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer success.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
\xe2\x97\x8f Set and execute team goals and metrics (KGI/KPI)
\xe2\x97\x8f Suggest and implement improvements in the inside sales administration process
\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
\xe2\x97\x8f Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
\xe2\x97\x8f Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met
\xe2\x97\x8f Build an open-communication environment for your team
\xe2\x97\x8f Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
\xe2\x97\x8f Monitor progress and submit performance reports
\xe2\x97\x8f Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor\xe2\x80\x99s marketing movements
\xe2\x97\x8f Control budgets and allocate resources among projects
\xe2\x97\x8f Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
\xe2\x97\x8f Understand customer needs and requirements
\xe2\x97\x8f Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
\xe2\x97\x8f Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
\xe2\x97\x8f Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain and expand your database of prospects
Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
\xe2\x97\x8f Proven work experience as field sales representative, especially in B2B Software sales
\xe2\x97\x8f Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
\xe2\x97\x8f In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong analytical, leadership and organizational skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
\xe2\x97\x8f Analytical and creative thinking
\xe2\x97\x8f Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent verbal and written communications skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Professional English skill

\xe2\x97\x8f Japanese Language is plus but not required
