The Assistant Commercial Education Manager within the Affiliate Commercial organization and partners with Regional Education COE on all aspects of non-brand/brand agnostic education content and delivers across total Field Sales and Consumer facing team (e.g. Sales Coaching, Customer Service, Retail Ops, Compliance)
The Assistant Commercial Education Manager partners with the Retail team to review retail KPIs and create targeted education programs to drive improvement in performance. They also drive the use of digital/ virtual education and learning as the preferred approach for education and training, as well as monitoring and reporting on training completion across the Affiliate

Qualifications

Degree preferably with a Diploma in Training and Development
Minimum 3-5 years of training experience in retail/service environment
Well-grounded in modern training methods and techniques.
Innovative / creative.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Strong management skills with the ability to collaborate and achieve consensus with other groups.
Shows passion for retail, motivating people and delivering success.
Ability to communicate message in a motivating simple, easily understood language appropriate to audience.
