Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for creating, enhancing, debugging, and running the test case together with the team or contribute individually wherever required.

\xc2\xb7 To configuring Selenium Test Environment with an IDE, automating the design of a testing framework.

\xc2\xb7 Identify test cases and create automation framework for Web/Mobile application / devices, Middleware and Services, Interfaces testing.

\xc2\xb7 Involved in the Preparation of Test Plan, Test Scenarios and Test cases.

\xc2\xb7 Derive the test scenario, test cases, automation test scripts and perform test execution.

\xc2\xb7 To participate/drive in Triage calls and articulate defects and/or project risks.

\xc2\xb7 To work under tight timelines to meet deadlines.

\xc2\xb7 To participate and support in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test data preparations.

\xc2\xb7 Be self-sufficient to manage the customer expectations and support user queries.

Role Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Diploma/Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering

\xc2\xb7 Should have good experience in Web/Mobile applications / devices, Middleware and IT Services, Interfaces testing

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Java application development and testings.

\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge in SQL queries and database concepts

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency with automated testing with Selenium/Protractor/ equivalent.

\xc2\xb7 Should be able to write software test plan including automation scope.

\xc2\xb7 Should be able to configuring Selenium Test Environment with an Integrated Development Environment.

\xc2\xb7 Strong skills in analyzing Requirements, Test Case Development, Test Execution, Defects log and reporting.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency with establishing, managing, and reporting on key quality metrics for manual and automation test assignments.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency with using Test Management, Defect Tracking, Requirements Management, and Modelling tools, including automated testing tools framework experience.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to understand the requirements and perform requirements ambiguity testing

\xc2\xb7 Experience in working with a team of testers, and having experience in leading a group of testers

\xc2\xb7 Support requirement analyses and estimations

\xc2\xb7 Writing well designed, clean, readable and testable code

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills

\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence

\xc2\xb7 Good stakeholder handling, managed difficult/demanding clients

\xc2\xb7 Ability to learn and apply
