Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Creating recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor laws
Overseeing the entire operations that includes employees onboarding/ offboarding procedure, monthly employee timesheet management, Company Insurance management, HR Orientation / Handled day-to-day HR queries related to all employees, work pass (all type) application / renewal
Monthly payroll processing
Assist with any HR data reports and analysis
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned or required
