Job Description


- Hands on implementing and architecting network firewalls, network security settings. Came with a background exp in conducting training for technology n network.

- Specialise mobile network, technology combined with MEC, cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with various stakeholders to understand technical training requirements and
co-create competency framework, skills proficiency level development, learning curriculum and required certifications to fulfil training requirements for Group IT (GIT) and Group Technology Network (GTN)
  • Consolidate ICT-related training requirements, build synergies between GIT and GTN and identify career tracks in the respective ICT domain area
  • Design and curate career progression pathways for employees according to current and future competencies and proficiency levels
  • Co-design and create a structured programme to attract and develop young engineers into technical specialists
  • Provide guidelines and advices on tools for skill assessments conforming to industry standards and Framework
  • Identify current and future technology development and trending studies and insights, incorporate forward-looking training and development cycle into career progression roadmaps, source for internationally accredited training provider(s) and prepare Tech leaders to seize early opportunities for future businesses.
  • Assist in tender for a digital learning platform, including preparing tender documents, evaluating vendors and integration with current systems
