\xc2\xb7 Experience in the WOG environment.\xc2\xb7 Setup and maintenance of desktops, laptops, phones, printers, peripherals and mobile devices \xe2\x80\x93 Windows and Apple Platforms\xc2\xb7 Escalate and work with second or third level support/third party vendor on resolution of problem when necessary\xc2\xb7 Maintain hardware inventory at assigned locations\xc2\xb7 Provision new users with hardware, software and account setup\xc2\xb7 Provide with both remote and onsite support for multiple locations, if required\xc2\xb7 Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical problems\xc2\xb7 Assist with network connectivity issues\xc2\xb7 Provide great communication and customer service to company employees in person and through phone calls and emails\xc2\xb7 Work on assigned tasks and projects including hardware and software rollouts\xc2\xb7 Work with hardware / software vendors, whenever required\xc2\xb7 Provide training when needed help facilitate users requests and in the implementation of company project\xc2\xb7 Provide VPN support including end-user setup and problem\xc2\xb7 Work closely with other support teams (client support team, application support team, server support team)\xc2\xb7 Develop and document IT operational processes whenever required\xc2\xb7 Manage Active Directory - User/ID creation, delete, reset, update, distribution, list/security and accesses\xc2\xb7 Assist on AV setup in meeting rooms for conference calls and meetings\xc2\xb7 Provide regular checks and maintenance on system health of the meeting rooms\xc2\xb7 Provide back-end support for live event broadcast\xc2\xb7 Support ad-hoc IT project deployments\xc2\xb7 Attend meetings to update current projects\xc2\xb7 Attend trainings provided by the company\xc2\xb7 Perform procurement/RMA duties as and when required and liaise with vendors, keep track of orders and update users or IT team on delivery status\xc2\xb7 IT Asset Management
