Job Description

Our client is a global organisation currently seeking a SharePoint and MS Teams Specialist to join their regional End User Computing team.This role is crucial for delivering, maintaining, and supporting their region\'s SharePoint and MS Teams services. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in these platforms and have the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and support.Key Responsibilities:

• Service Delivery and Support:

• Manage the delivery, maintenance, and support of SharePoint and MS Teams services within the region.
• Ensure the stability, performance, and security of SharePoint and MS Teams environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint and MS Teams in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users and address their queries and concerns.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure SharePoint and MS Teams are utilized effectively across the organization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors related to SharePoint and MS Teams services.
• Coordinate with vendors to manage service agreements, performance, and any escalations.
• Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for improving the SharePoint and MS Teams services and implement enhancements.
• Stay updated with the latest developments, best practices, and features of SharePoint and MS Teams.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of the services to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Associate, Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate) are desirable.
