Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Liaise with terminal on daily berth arrangement * Oversee the operational prospect and cargo planning for vessel. * Communicate with vessel master on vessel Job Duties and Responsibilities : Liaise with terminal on daily berth arrangement Oversee the operational prospect and cargo planning for vessel. Communicate with vessel master on vessel's ETA and ship requirement. Monitor consortium partners' slot utilization and convert unused slots into owner's merits. Handle Change of destination request (Shifting). Sign on / off crew arrangement (Flight schedule / accommodation / transportation / medical treatment) Vessel and berth creation / application to terminal Vessel bunker supply Take action for damaged containers / reefer malfunctions at PSA Liaise with terminal planning units for stowage instructions. Preparation and sending ALDS data and Despatch report. Bill verification and all operations related matters. Other ad hoc duties may be expected from time to time as requested by your superior. Requirements: Diploma holders, preferably and specialized in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent Working experience in shipping, supply chain or logistics will be an added advantage Work independently and able to work in a fast pace environment Team player and dynamic, ability to multi-task Good communication and organization skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Able to speak and write Chinese-language for the essential purpose of communicating with Taiwan HQ.
