Our client is a multinational corporation headquartered in Japan, with a strong presence in regions across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the United States. Their core expertise lies in the manufacturing of high-performance rubber, synthetic resins, and chemicals. The job opportunity is based on Jurong Island, and entails responsibilities related to daily shipment coordination and monitoring of deliveries.

Location: Jurong Island (company transport provided)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8AM - 4.45PM (1 day WFH per week)

Salary: Monthly Gross up to $3,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus (2 months)

Responsibilities
  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Daily shipment arrangement.
  • Preparation of shipping documents for both import and export.
  • Managing of customers/supppliers for delivery.
Requirements
  • Min. Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management/Material management or any other relevant qualifications.
  • Min. 2 years relevant experience in handling shipping arrangements.
