The Opportunity

  • Monday - Friday
  • Location: Near Tanjong Pagar MRT Station
The Talent:
  • Minimum A levels or Diploma Holders and above,
  • Working experience in Shipping & Maritime industry is preferred
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Working closely with the Line Manager to ensure checklist is drawn up for each agreement
  • Provide support and liaise with various parties on billing matters
  • Responsible for daily billing duties, ensuring all bills are verified and sent out on a timely basis
  • Attend to customers queries on billing disputes and seek clarification on correct billing information
  • Assist to submit reconciliation statement to customers and handle queries from customers pertaining to discrepancies of the reconciliation
