Monday - Friday

Location: Near Tanjong Pagar MRT Station

The Talent:
Minimum A levels or Diploma Holders and above,

Working experience in Shipping & Maritime industry is preferred

Proficient in MS office



Working closely with the Line Manager to ensure checklist is drawn up for each agreement

Provide support and liaise with various parties on billing matters

Responsible for daily billing duties, ensuring all bills are verified and sent out on a timely basis

Attend to customers queries on billing disputes and seek clarification on correct billing information

Assist to submit reconciliation statement to customers and handle queries from customers pertaining to discrepancies of the reconciliation
