Job Description
Well Established Distributor of Aluminium Products Company Working hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm) Working location at Macpherson Walking distance from Macpherson MRT Variable Bonus + Excellent Welfare & Benefits Job Scope
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Purchase/Sales order processing
- Monitor contractor performance (e.g., payments and shipping)
- Prepare all related and relevant contract/shipping/payment documents, including LC negotiation documents.
- Provide necessary support to the Sales Team.
- Maintain customer/supplier database and other records.
- Coordinate shipments with Shipping Companies and Logistic Companies
- Follow-up on quotations, enquiries, deliveries, etc
- GCE O Level / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in shipping documentation
- Possess basic knowledge of INCOTERMS will be advantageous
