Job Description
- Handling shipment Export, Import, and local delivery
- Liaise with forwarder and transporter for freight cost estimation
- Make booking for sea freight, air freight, local transport delivery
- Check credit limit for export and customer (payment term) before shipment release
- Prepare billing invoices and ensure shipping documents are complete on time for shipment/delivery
- Liaise with forwarder on export and import shipment and clearance
- Work closely with other management\'s shipping team on inter-company shipment
- Assist purchaser for import shipment
- Documentation for SO completed
- Prepare Reports: monthly sales report
- Monitor Cost Analysis expiry date and in charge for renewal.
- Minimum GCE \'O\' Level - Diploma
- Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience. Shipping and invoicing experience preferred
- Knowledge with shipping documents & process, etc preferred
