• Tanjong Pagar MRT - Singapore
• 5.5 days || 9am-6pm;9am-1pm || $2,500-$3,000
• Import & Export Documentations

• Administration of Office Operations
• Preparation of Export & Import Documents
• Maintaining a direct relationship with the Banks about all Export / Import procedures and documentation
• Coordination with the Buyers, Suppliers, Shipping line, Logistics / Trucking Companies etc. (Supply Chain Management)
• Preparation of MIS reports for Management and any other assistance asked by them
• Weekly / Monthly planning
• Any other responsibilities informed by the company

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain
• At least 2 years of relevant working experiences
• Knowledge of International Trade (Buying, Selling, Banking, Accounting, Shipping & Logistics)
• Knowledge & Experience in MS Office - Outlook, Advanced Excel (including Macros), Word, PowerPoint etc
