Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all shipping documentation according to daily schedules to ensure timely delivery of outbound shipments to customers
• Maintain accuracy in shipping records and comply with documentation standards
• Coordinate with suppliers for import shipment documentation and work with forwarders to ensure prompt delivery of shipments to the warehouse
• Response shipping inquiries promptly and efficiently
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Prepare management reports related to operations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in shipping/logistics management
• Possess 1-2 years of relevant shipping/logistics experience
• Adaptable to fast-environment and able to work under pressure
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and is a good team player
• Meticulous and organized
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office (especially in Microsoft Excel)
