• Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding / Logistics
• Position Title: Shipping Executive / Logistics Executive
• Working Location: Jurong East
• Working Hours: 5 days, Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday (8:30 am \xe2\x80\x93 5:30 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic up to $3,200 + Variable bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare correspondence, reports, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Ensure timely processing of orders and accurate preparation of shipping documents.
• Communicate and liaise with Tradenet, Government agencies for approval of all relevant documents and declarations.
• Ensure compliance with government rules and policies for all imported and exported products.
• Prepare all relevant documents for L/C negotiations with the bank.
• Coordinate the delivery, shipment, and collection of goods with customers, suppliers, forwarders, shipping companies, contractors for stuffing and unstuffing, and other departments within the company/group.
• Negotiate freight charges for all shipments.
• Translate material requirements to support customers\' and company\'s needs.
• Consistently update records of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Organize and maintain shipping correspondence file records.

• Minimum qualification of ITE/Diploma in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in logistics and shipping operations is an advantage.
• Candidates with minimal experience are welcome to apply for the Assistant position.
• Familiarity with Tradenet and government regulations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
