The Job Your Responsibilities will include:

• Rebate Administration for All Leth Agencies Clients.
• Manage clients contact and updates to be made to Company’s CRM/management.
• Facilitate smooth arrangement of daily delivery/collection requirements.
• Attending and resolving of customers’ queries/feedbacks.
• General admin duties, such as answering calls, filing and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Skills Required:

• You have at least 1 year experience ideally in the related field (shipping, maritime)
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Words, and Excel5. Immediate/short notice availability
• You are a strong team player
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
