JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring that essential documentation and operational procedures for import, export, or transshipment activities are executed with precision.
- Managing documents including Arrival Notices, Delivery Orders, Pre-alerts, and more.
- Generating bills of lading and invoices.
- Collaborating with vendors, agents, and Line Managers to organize transshipment cargo logistics.
- Maintaining close collaboration with the Customer Service and Sales teams to synchronize export shipments.
- Addressing customer inquiries and making necessary arrangements for bookings.
- Establishing communication with international agents.
- Fulfilling any additional tasks as designated by the headquarters (HO).
