• Handling and checking of LC (letter of credit)
• Updating of data into Client\xe2\x80\x99s system
• Work closely with overseas agents/office, various Loaders / co-loaders, vendors, and warehouse
• Arrange timely collections / Dispatch according to customer\xe2\x80\x99s request.
• Responsible for tracking of goods en-route or any problem arise and forward information or pre-alerts to customers.
• Ensure timely billing and accuracy of the invoices.
• Attend and respond to customers\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries.
• Foster and maintain customer relationships to their fullest.
• Arranging cargo insurance and all other types of Shipping documents
• Liaise, coordinate and respond to meet customer\xe2\x80\x99s shipping requirements
• Handling customer issues and feedbacks
• Interact with dispatch for shipping arrangements
• Performs any other task as instructed by section manager.
