Job Summary:

• Working location: Boon Lay
• Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30 AM - 5.30PM
• Salary range: up to SGD 3,200 (dep on exp) + AWS

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain an organized document filing system.
• Monitor and purchase office stationery and pantry supplies.
• Handle travel arrangements, including hotel bookings.
• Manage data entry for Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices.
• Manage uniforms and coordinate with vendors for new hires and replenishments.
• Create and manage air and sea import/export documentation.
• Ensure all customs permit declarations comply with Singapore Customs Regulations and Procedures.
• Perform system data entries and manage exporting documents and declarations.
• Prepare Customs Declarations via the TradeNet system.
• Handle inward documentation and follow up with controlling agencies.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Evaluate the risks associated with goods transportation and customs.
• Monitor the efficiency of procedures for preparing and submitting required customs documents.
• Assist in monthly overtime and shift allowance compilation reports for all departments.
• Knowledgeable in freight forwarding, transport and customs regulations.
• Good to have Customs Declarant Certificate
• Relevant experience in TradeNet Declaration for Sea & Airfreight matters.
