Job Description

• Supervision and leading of Singapore Flexi tank Operations team
• Coordination between internal departments as well as agents and relevant parties on Flexitank trade matters
• Liaise with agency offices on sales activities, market situation, sales leads and potential customers
• Create Flexitank sea freight quotations
• Sales order processing including Sea imports and exports processes
• Business support for sales
• Required to handle logistics operations and 3rd party warehousing

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years relevant supervisory experience in leading a team (experience with Flexitanks would be a distinct advantage)
• Strong team player with good initiative and ability to work independently
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels internally and externally in a professional and responsive manner
• Able to multi task and handle work professionally, maturely and efficiently
