Description
This position contributes to ZOOMOOV success by providing awesome customer service to all guests.

Key Responsibilities

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and vision of ZOOMOOV.

• Anticipates customer and store needs by approaching, talking and observing guests around the store.

• Communicates information to manager or operations team members so that the team can respond as necessary to create a great customer experience.

• Contribute to a positive team environment by helping others, do your part and keep open communication.

• Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs.

• Follows ZOOMOOV operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety, to ensure the safety.
