Job Description
JOB DUTIES
- Oversee the cafe's daily operations as part of the overall coffee shop supervisor duties and responsibilities
- Train new workers on how to make the range of coffee drinks
- Show employees how to properly start, use and clean the coffee-making equipment
- Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed.
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
- Add new menu items based on seasonality and customers’ preferences.
- Flexible for night shift and day shift
- Good attitude and communication skills
- Able to work on weekend and PH day.
