Roles & Responsibilities

• Performing Finite Element Analysis and Computational Fluid Dynamics Simulation to support the product development
• Prepare simulation reports and documentation for research and development and to support the design improvement process
• Prepare database for engineering design and Simulation best practises to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with the designers and engineers from different team and take lead of all the engineer simulation activities
• Identify the design related issues and propose solutions to designers and engineers
• Host the design review and Simulation results discussion meetings to explore the area of improvement
• Performing failure analysis and design of experiments to resolve the problems
• Expanding the Simulation team capabilities by adapting to new tools and also by new methods

• Bachelor’s degree with experience, MSc or PHD in Mechanical Engineering or similar fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in performing engineering analysis and calculation for Semiconductor or High-Tech Industry related applications.
• Understanding of Engineering design and Fabrication process
• Strong knowledge in Thermal & Heat transfer/Structural Mechanics/Strength of Materials is required
• Experience in using ANSYS Fluent, ANSYS Icepak, Solidworks Simulation or any similar simulation tools preferred
• Proficient in using SolidWorks CAD tool
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in verbal and written communication skills
