DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifying new sales leads and hunt for new prospect
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new revenue streams
• Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner
• Deliver financial results in line with agreed revenue target set in tandem with the commission scheme
• Update sales tools on a timely manner, ensure date input of pipeline is accurate and realistic
• Follow up sales lead and send sales leads to overseas
• Able to propose solutions and prepare quotations for customers
• High-volume of cold call to identify prospective customer to initiate and source for new clients
• Contribute to saleforce system by providing timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status update along with predicable and precise sales forecasts
• Co-ordinate with operations/pricing department and overseas branches/office on Air and Ocean consignment
• Participate in the development and delivery of sales presentations if required
• Participate on customer\'s annual RFQ

• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Must possess a strong work ethic
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rate, sell service and build professional relationships via telephone and email
• Strong communication (both written and verbal), problem solving and decision making skills
• Must possess strong knowledge and understanding of the freight forwarding business
• Degree or Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain
• Minimum 2 years\' experience in freight forwarding. Those without experience but with passion to sell and high self-motivation level are welcome to apply
• Candidates from existing International Freight Sales background with existing accounts or customer will be highly considered
